Working in Partnership with Somerset County Council and BAM Construction, Futures for Somerset delivered a new Primary School in the village of Lufton, Somerset.  The 14 classroom building created an additional 420 Primary School places in line with Somerset County Council's Strategic Plan's for school places in Somerset, as well as Early Years facilities and a school production kitchen.

 

Completed in June 2018, Futures for Somerset where involved with the project from inception, undertaking the Feasibility Assessment, Procurement, Project Management, delivery of infrastructure solutions and highways connections, and Employer Agent Services to deliver this £7m turnkey Design and Build for the Local Authority.
